Welcome To Our Practice

K & M Care is a superior general medicine practice with primary care and on-demand care capabilities, located in Summerton, South Carolina. Family nurse practitioner Miranda S. Kerley and her skilled staff offer the highest quality of care possible for patients of all ages in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Patients who are ill, injured, or struggle with a chronic disease can rely on K & M Care for exceptional treatment. They accept sick walk-in visits as well as appointments and provide 24/7 access to an array of information regarding common health care topics.

Diagnostic tests and treatments available at K & M Care include rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing, blood draws, school physicals, DOT physicals, vaccinations, sick visits, chronic disease management, and much more. 

K & M Care specialists also provide rapid flu, strep, and RSV testing, as well as drug and alcohol testing. K & M Care providers offer Botox® as well.
