About Kerley

Miranda Sanders Kerley is a highly trained, board-certified family nurse practitioner at K & M Care in Summerton, South Carolina. She’s been working as a nurse since 2011 and is highly trained in her field.

Miranda earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College (OCTech) in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

While working as an emergency room nurse in Charleston, South Carolina, she completed her Master of Science nursing degree in family medicine.

Miranda has a nursing license in the state of South Carolina. She maintains her medical credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in primary care and urgent care. She’s a certified medical examiner for Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and holds certifications in Botox® and filler injections. 

Miranda is the provider patients see at K & M Care, as she’s involved in the entire continuum of care of each patient. As a family nurse practitioner, she treats entire families from infancy through adulthood. She assesses, diagnoses, and treats most non-life-threatening conditions patients encounter.

Miranda is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (ΣΘΤ), and the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society.

Miranda and her husband live in Summerton. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, spoiling her three boxers, and traveling to new places.

Miranda loves improving the lives of her patients at K & M Care and compassionately welcomes them to the practice.
